The world famous Ocean club in the Bahamas is a must go to for all James Bond fans. The film location for Casino Royal, this Bahamian paradise is one of the popular resorts on the island and a mecca for celebrities.
Formally known as the one and only, this hotel now operated as a four seasons. Located on the north shore of Paradise Island and set on a 5 mile stretch of pristine, white-sand beach, this luxury accommodation offers 3 swimming pools and panoramic ocean views.
Rooms
The hotel has 2 wings and offers rooms in 2 distinct Bahamian decorative styles. We opted for 2 interconnecting ocean view rooms for the five of us. Cots are supplied upon request.
I have to add here the ocean club has some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in!!!!
Facilities
Guests can enjoy 5 restaurants, one being my absolute favourite, DUNE by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. 3 swimming pools, a Balinese-inspired spa , 6 tennis courts and an amazing kids club are also some of the few facilities you'll find on this island paradise.
LUXE FAMILY SAY ......
This is a height of luxury hotel with a price tag to match. Nothing has been overlooked , however i did feel a little uncomfortable with the kids in some parts of the resort. A few of the guests definitely see the hotel as an adults only haven.
Saying that the hotel is very well equipped for children with a family pool, playground and kids club.
Would i recommend for families??? .... No

If you want a date night the babysitters/ nannies that the hotel provide are second to none.They also come from the kids club so the children are able to familiarise themselves with them first. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a few hours escape
